1. Video Surveillance and Data Processing
1.1. The Hotel processes Guests’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensures the confidentiality of personal data, and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing or disclosure, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction, within the framework of applicable legal requirements.
1.2. The Hotel processes personal data for the following purposes:
1.2.1. To protect the interests of the Guest and/or the Hotel, to assess the quality of services provided by the Hotel, and to provide evidence of commercial transactions and other commercial communications (including recorded conversations), based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the Guest’s request, legal obligations, consent of the Guest, or the Hotel’s legitimate interest to prevent, limit, and investigate misuse or unlawful use of the Hotel’s services and products or interference with their operation; also for internal training and quality assurance purposes.
1.2.2. To ensure the safety of the Hotel and/or Guests, to protect the life and health of Guests, and to safeguard other rights of the Hotel and Guests (including video and/or audio recordings), based on the legitimate interest of the Hotel in protecting its Guests, employees, visitors, and property owned by the Hotel or its Guests.
1.2.3. To provide additional services, conduct Guest surveys, perform market analysis, and collect statistics; to offer the Guest services of the Hotel or carefully selected partner organizations, including personalized offers, based on the Guest’s consent or the Hotel’s legitimate interest in offering additional services.
1.2.4. To conduct Guest surveys, market analysis, statistics collection, and organize games and promotions for Guests, based on the Hotel’s legitimate interests in improving its services, enhancing the Guest experience, and developing new products or services, or based on the Guest’s consent.
1.2.5. To comply with legal obligations and verify identity.
1.2.6. To prevent misuse of services and ensure proper provision of services; to prevent unauthorized access and unlawful use of services and to ensure information security, based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the Guest’s request, or for compliance with legal obligations.
1.2.7. To improve technical systems, IT infrastructure, service representation on devices, and overall Hotel service development, through testing and improvement of technical systems and IT infrastructure, based on the Hotel’s legitimate interests.
1.2.8. To establish, exercise, and protect legal claims, based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the Guest’s request, compliance with legal obligations, or the Hotel’s legitimate interest in asserting legal claims.
